Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site (design, text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by the platform operator or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. For EU consumers: you retain the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Riga, Latvia, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
