We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Eligibility

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalized items; items that have been worn, altered, or washed; items marked as final sale.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at returns@etholabs.eu within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

Vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of age or wear. Product listings describe the condition of each item. Normal wear consistent with the listed condition is not grounds for a return.
